The current board of directors/shareholders is pleased to announce the appointment of two new shareholders.

Paula Elvin and Barry Sellars are existing members of staff and with effect from January 2010 will also join the board of directors. Paula has been with the company for nine years and Barry joined the company in 2003.

The existing shareholders/directors Alastair Donald and Andrew Price are delighted to welcome them on board and wish them both well for the future. They view this as key appointments safeguarding the already bright future for the company.

Managing Director Alastair Donald commented, “We are grateful to Paula and Barry for the significant investment that they have made in becoming shareholders and welcome the expertise that they will bring to the company as directors”.

Astute have enjoyed a successful first year in their new home and would like to thank all their customers and staff alike in making this possible.

What an exciting year this has been.

Since moving into our new purpose built premises at the end of last year, we seem to have bucked the trend, despite the economic doom and gloom which has effected many businesses recently.

We are now approaching our first anniversary on 1st December in Caxton House and already seem to be outgrowing our new space. This is all thanks to our dynamic young team who work hard together to exceed our customers expectations.
