If you are a UK taxpayer, Justgiving will add an automatic 28% bonus to your donation at no cost to you. We also have donation bags for all your unwanted clothes, and bric a brac, just ask us for a bag which will be dropped off with your next delivery and we will even collect – each bag is worth £30 towards our sponsorship so why not get some for your colleagues to fill some too, but remember it only goes against our total if we get the bags. Astute acquires Johnston Reid & Co., Aberdeen |
|
The directors of Astute are pleased to announce another business acquisition in Aberdeen. The Forfar based company has previously bought one digital print company in Aberdeen called Scotscan and this second investment further demonstrates commitment to growth.
Johnston Reid & Co are a long established stationery and print company based at the Hardgate in Aberdeen, over many decades they have established themselves as a leader in their industry. This acquisition will see them become much more competitive in print and stationery using the combined spending power to enable better pricing.
Managing Director of Astute, Alastair Donald commented on the deal “ Johnston Reid are a good fit for us, we know them well and they know us – I am delighted they have agreed to come on board and be part of something exciting going forward. There will be a lot of hard work required ahead, but be assured that we are determined to use this as a step for future success. I would like to thank David Morris and his staff at the Aberdeen office for their co-operation and assistance and I look forward to working with them.”
